About

My name is Denise Guidry

I am an Award-Winning Bikini Fitness Champion athlete in the sport of Bodybuilding 

What inspired me to become a personal trainer was having experienced my own health and body transformation.

My fitness journey began while training with my brother to compete in Venice, California. 

In 2009, I won my very first Bikini competition in Bodybuilding on Muscle Beach. Later, after several shows I became a 3x Overall Winner in NPC as a National Bikini Champion. Later, due to a back injury, I hired a Personal Trainer to help me recover. My recovery inspired me to become a professional Fitness and Nutrition Specialist for about 15 years. ​

Whether it’s weight-loss or building lean muscle that you seek, I am focused and dedicated to helping you build a strong foundation first. 

Adaptive training is a personalized approach to skill acquisition and physical fitness that dynamically adjusts to the individual's performance, needs, and circumstances. Instead of a one-size-fits-all method, adaptive systems use data, such as workout results and subjective feedback, to tailor training plans, making them more or less challenging to match the learner's evolving abilities and ensure they are always engaged and working at the right level.

I offer 30-60min In-Person personal training or Online personal training sessions.

Hourly rate is $95 per session ( Rates vary and will lessen depending on short-term or long-term packages )

 

Membership fee. $19.99 for the month - to get access to fitness tips and fitness consultation

Assessment

Complimentary fitness assessment to kickstart your fitness journey. Personalized plan to meet your needs and objectives.

Training

Specialized strength and core training programs designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. Bodybuilding Competition Prep as well as rehabilitation, injury-prevention, and recovery & corrective exercise
